Abstract

RESUMEN: En el Departamento de San Miguel, se ha considerado la Ciudad de Moncagua como un territorio para potenciar el desarrollo económico y social, así como utilizar el ecosistema existente del lugar para enfatizarlo como un punto turístico. Esta región cuenta con lugares naturales que no han sido explotados y que podrían incrementar la economía y el desarrollo a través de las visitas de turistas nacionales e internacionales a los puntos de recreación y turismo que ofrecerá el Municipio de Moncagua. La propuesta se basa en: Elaboración de un Proyecto de Rediseño Arquitectónica del Turicentro el Capulín, utilizando al máximo el ecosistema existente y así ser un punto de atracción turística en la zona oriental, ya que en Moncagua también se elaborará un Rediseño del Parque Central de la ciudad y al mismo tiempo se diseñara Infra Estructura Interna de la Alcaldía Municipal. Los proyectos se estarán realizando en la zona urbana de la Ciudad de Moncagua y beneficiara la ciudad, con dichos proyecto de tipo turístico-recreativo. Y a la vez Moncagua sea un Municipio con un gran potencial turístico para poder desarrollarse en lo económico y social con infraestructura nuevas y del deleite del visitante y habitantes del lugar. La ciudad de Moncagua es una ciudad que conduce a muchas otras municipalidades y es por eso la razón por la cual se quiere mejorar la imagen y el entorno de esta ciudad, con los nuevos proyectos a implementar. Con el fin de enfocarlo como punto de partida para realizar recorridos hacia otros centros de atracción en municipalidades aledañas, como lo son los siguientes municipios: Quelepa, Ciudad Barrios y Chapeltique. ABSTRACT: In the Department of San Miguel, the City of Moncagua has been considered as a territory to promote economic and social development, as well as to use the existing ecosystem of the place to emphasize it as a tourist spot. This region has natural places that have not been exploited and that could increase the economy and development through the visits of national and international tourists to the recreation and tourism points that expose the city of Moncagua. The proposal is based on: Elaboration of an Architectural Redesign Project for Turicentro el Capulín, making maximum use of the existing ecosystem and thus being a point of tourist attraction in the eastern zone, since in Moncagua a Redesign of the Central Park of the city and at the same time the Internal Infrastructure of the Municipal Mayor's Office will be designed. The projects are carried out in the urban area of ​​the City of Moncagua and benefit the city, with tourism-recreational projects mentionated above. At the same time Moncagua is a Municipality with a great tourist potential to be able to develop economically and socially with new infrastructure and enjoy of the visitor and inhabitants of the place. The city of Moncagua is a city that leads to many other municipalities and that is why we want to improve the image and environment of this city, with the new projects to be implemented. In order to guide it as a starting point for others tours attraction centers in surrounding municipalities, such as: Quelepa, Ciudad Barrios and Chapeltique
