Abstract

RESUMEN: En nuestro país se está experimentando una dinámica neoliberal que está produciendo grandes trasformaciones sociales, culturales, económicas y más que todo ambientales que están generando cierta cantidad de problemas socio-ambientales que ya se están haciendo sentir dentro de la sociedad salvadoreña. A partir de este proceso que se está desarrollando por la posible construcción de las plantas termoeléctricas en la ciudad de la Unión, y la problemática ambiental que traerá es lo que ha generado la participación de las organizaciones sociales en la ciudad de la unión por la construcción de las termoeléctricas, Cutuco Energy y Fonseca Energy, 2009 Todo esto ha conllevado a la articulación de las organizaciones sociales, por el descontento que la población de La Unión tiene en contra de este proyecto contaminante, tomando en cuenta que también dañará la salud de los habitantes y la naturaleza que les rodea. Estas organizaciones surgen con el único fin de defender sus derechos sociales, ya que manifiestan de que llegaran a las últimas consecuencias para no permitir de que transnacionales, y no se da cuenta o no quiere entender que la realización de estos proyectos, contribuirá a que se nos generen más problemas ya sea, en muestro medio de vida, o de salud entre otros serán muchos mas graves que los probables “beneficios” que nos puedan generar, él: Ministerio Del Medio Ambiente no se preocupa por defender los derechos ambientales que son los intereses de lucha de la mayoría de la población el velar por defender los pocos recursos naturales, con los que contamos y más aun sabiendo se construyan cerca de sus hogares, a pesar de las amenazas que provienen de los sectores interesados en que se desarrolle este proyecto transnacional, las organizaciones piden a todos sus pobladores a que se sume a este esfuerzo y que defienda sus derechos. Lamentablemente el gobierno sigue al servicio de las grandes empresas parece ser que esa es la verdadera razón de ser y de existir de esta entidad política. Todo esto ha conllevado al accionar de la población en convertir de este uno de los principales esfuerzos de la articulación de las organizaciones que representa la voluntad de un pueblo de no permitir que se implementen estos proyectos energéticos que acarrearía severos daños a la salud humana y al ambiente. Este proyecto termoeléctrico conformado por dos plantas: una de gas natural y la otra de carbón mineral. Ambas son altamente contaminantes del medio ambiente y es reconocido a nivel mundial que estos tipos de plantas son causantes del calentamiento global y del efecto invernadero. Este tema interés muestra un aporte sociológico en esta dinámica social en que se está generando esta problemática, es lo que llevó a investigar este tema de gran importancia, a través de la investigación cualitativa la cual permitió, conocer y descubrir que es lo que está pasando en la vida de estas personas que se sienten atemorizadas por la construcción de estas plantas termoeléctricas, que es lo que piensan, de qué manera están actuando ante esta dinámica social de que están enfrentado. La realización de esta investigación se obtuvo gracias a la aplicación de las diferentes técnicas: Entrevistas semi estructuradas, la realización de una entrevista en grupo, la observación participante y no participante, la revisión de documentos bibliográficos que ayudaron a enriquecer esta investigación que se presenta en este informe escrito puesto de que la obtención de este implica la utilización y recogida de una gran variedad de materiales que nos ayudaron a describir la rutina el nivel organizativo de los individuos cuando se sienten desprotegidos en la sociedad en estas significados de la vida de las personas. ABSTRACT: In our country a neoliberal dynamic is being experienced that is producing great social, cultural, economic and, chiefly , environmental transformations that are generating a certain number of socio-environmental problems that are already being felt within Salvadoran society. From this process that is being developed for the possible construction of thermoelectric plants in the city of La Unión, and the environmental problems that it will bring is what has generated the participation of social organizations in the city of La Unión for the construction of the thermoelectric plants, Cutuco Energy and Fonseca Energy, 2009 All this has led to the articulation of social organizations, due to the discontent that the population of La Unión has against this polluting project, taking into account that it will also harm the health of the inhabitants and the nature that surrounds them. These organizations arise with the sole purpose of defending their social rights, since they state that they will go to the ultimate consequences not to allow transnationals, and they do not realize or do not want to understand that carrying out these projects will contribute to generate more problems for us, whether in our way of life, or health, among others, they will be much more serious than the probable "benefits" that they can generate for us, he: Ministry of the Environment does not care about defending environmental rights, which are the fighting interests of the majority of the population to ensure the defense of the few natural resources, with which we have and even more so knowing that they are built near their homes, despite the threats that come from the sectors interested in the development of this project transnational, the organizations ask all its inhabitants to join this effort and defend their rights. Unfortunately, the government continues to serve large companies, it seems that this is the true reason for being and for existing of this political entity. All this has led to the actions of the population in making this one of the main efforts of the articulation of organizations that represents the will of a people not to allow these energy projects to be implemented, which would cause severe damage to human health and the environment. This thermoelectric project consists of two plants: one of natural gas and the other of mineral coal. Both are highly polluting the environment and it is recognized worldwide that these types of plants are the cause of global warming and the greenhouse effect. This topic of interest shows a sociological contribution to this social dynamic in which this problem is being generated, which is what led to investigate this topic of great importance, through qualitative research which allowed knowing and discovering what is happening. in the lives of these people who feel frightened by the construction of these thermoelectric plants, what do they think, how are they acting in the face of this social dynamic they are facing. The realization of this research was obtained thanks to the application of different techniques: semi-structured interviews, conducting a group interview, participant and non-participant observation, review of bibliographic documents that helped enrich this research that is presented in this written report since obtaining this involves the use and collection of a wide variety of materials that helped us describe the routine the organizational level of individuals when they feel unprotected in society in these meanings of people's lives
