Abstract

The following research will be showing relevant information about the different learning strategies that students can use nowadays in order to expedite their learning process. A view to the different theories like “Metacognition Theory, Experiential Learning Theory and Experiential Learning” will be explaining how students learn. Also, how these theories impact student’s learning process. More over we will walk students to know more information about the different learning strategies that can be applied by them like: Metacognitive Strategies, Cognitive Strategies and Socio-Affective Strategies. The main contributions on this research are: the most recent learning strategies that will help students to expedite or accelerate their learning process, it will provide very important information to students, so they will be able to know how to use strategies and apply them. These theories are: “Metacognitive Strategies, Experimental Learning and Educational technology” were students will be able to see how to create a learning strategy for each specific individual and also to use the technology as the main tool to learn and get access to information. Also, it is presented the most effective strategies, because only knowing the strategies without organization and a specific plan to follow makes strategies less effective. For that reason on this research student will be able to find the most effectives strategies that will help them to expedite their learning process by knowing how to acquire, retain and retrieve the new information. Helping them to accomplish their main goal of having a success performance during their journey of acquiring a new language.
