Abstract

RESUMEN: El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como principal objetivo realizar un análisis financiero estratégico de planificación y evaluación del rubro de productos lácteos para optimizar la rentabilidad de las pymes del sector de productos lácteos en la ciudad de San Miguel. La investigación tiene como objetivo analizar la situación financiera actual de las empresas de productos lácteos como realizan sus procesos administrativos para determinar las necesidades en su gestión, con el propósito de contribuir a mejorar la rentabilidad de la empresa. Para realizar la investigación de campo se aplicaron las técnicas de encuesta y entrevista; con dichos instrumentos se recolecto información valiosa para la investigación. Se obtuvo una muestra que nos permitió poder distribuir las encuestas a los administradores de las diferentes empresas de lácteos de San Miguel, lo cual nos dio información para seguir con la investigación. Luego de los resultados de la recolección de datos se realizó la tabulación, análisis e interpretación de los mencionados anteriormente, lo cual nos sirvió para elaborar el diagnóstico para lograr las conclusiones y recomendaciones de la investigación, y poder brindar una propuesta y herramientas para que la empresa en estudio obtenga mayor rentabilidad. ABSTRACT: The main objective of this research work is to carry out a strategic financial analysis of planning and evaluation of the dairy products sector to optimize the profitability of SMEs in the dairy products sector in the city of San Miguel. The objective of the research is to analyze the current financial situation of dairy products companies as they carry out their administrative processes to determine the needs in their management, with the purpose of contributing to improve the profitability of the company. To carry out the field investigation, the survey and interview techniques were applied; With these instruments, valuable information was collected for the investigation. A sample was obtained that allowed us to distribute the surveys to the administrators of the different dairy companies in San Miguel, which gave us information to continue with the investigation. After the results of the data collection, the tabulation, analysis and interpretation of those mentioned above were carried out, which helped us to elaborate the diagnosis to achieve the conclusions and recommendations of the investigation, and to be able to provide a proposal and tools so that the company under study obtain higher profitability
