Abstract

RESUMEN: En el entorno organizacional actual, la implementación de un Plan Estratégico sólido y efectivo se ha convertido en una necesidad imperativa para las organizaciones que buscan adaptarse, crecer y sobresalir en un mercado competitivo y en constante cambio. En este trabajo de investigación, se abordará la ejecución de un Plan Estratégico mediante la utilización de tres herramientas esenciales: el análisis DAFO (Debilidades, Amenazas, Fortalezas, Oportunidades), la metodología CAME (Corregir, Afrontar, Mantener, Explotar) y la identificación de los Factores Críticos de Éxito (FCE). El análisis DAFO es un proceso crucial que permite evaluar tanto los factores internos como los externos que afectan a una organización. A través de la identificación de Debilidades, Amenazas, Fortalezas y Oportunidades, se obtiene una comprensión profunda de la situación actual de la empresa. Esto brinda la base necesaria para la toma de decisiones estratégicas informadas. En nuestro enfoque, el análisis DAFO se llevará a cabo de manera exhaustiva y se utilizará para informar el proceso de planificación. Una vez que se ha completado el análisis DAFO, se procederá a la aplicación de la metodología CAME. Esta metodología se basa en cuatro acciones fundamentales: Corregir, Afrontar, Mantener y Explotar. El enfoque CAME se centra en la implementación de acciones específicas que aborden las debilidades y amenazas identificadas (Corregir y Afrontar), así como en la preservación y mejora de las fortalezas y oportunidades existentes (Mantener y Explotar). La metodología CAME proporciona un marco estructurado para la toma de decisiones y la asignación de recursos, con el objetivo de maximizar el impacto de la estrategia. Un aspecto fundamental de la ejecución del Plan Estratégico es la identificación y priorización de los Factores Críticos de Éxito (FCE). Estos son los elementos clave que determinarán la efectividad y el éxito de la estrategia implementada. ABSTRAC: In the current organizational environment, the implementation of a solid and effective Strategic Plan has become an imperative need for organizations seeking to adapt, grow and excel in a competitive and constantly changing market. In this research work, the execution of a Strategic Plan will be addressed through the use of three essential tools: the SWOT analysis (Weaknesses, Threats, Strengths, Opportunities), the CAME methodology (Correct, Address, Maintain, Exploit) and the identification of Critical Success Factors (CSF). SWOT analysis is a crucial process that allows you to evaluate both internal and external factors that affect an organization. Through the identification of Weaknesses, Threats, Strengths and Opportunities, a deep understanding of the current situation of the company is obtained. This provides the necessary basis for making informed strategic decisions. In our approach, SWOT analysis will be carried out comprehensively and used to inform the planning process. Once the SWOT analysis has been completed, the CAME methodology will be applied. This methodology is based on four fundamental actions: Correct, Cope, Maintain and Exploit. The CAME approach focuses on the implementation of specific actions that address identified weaknesses and threats (Correct and Address), as well as the preservation and improvement of existing strengths and opportunities (Maintain and Exploit). The CAME methodology provides a structured framework for decision-making and resource allocation, with the aim of maximizing the impact of the strategy. A fundamental aspect of the execution of the Strategic Plan is the identification and prioritization of Critical Success Factors (CSF). These are the key elements that will determine the effectiveness and success of the implemented strategy.
