Abstract

RESUMEN: El riesgo reproductivo preconcepcional se considera como un posible daño que puede sufrir el binomio madre-hijo, por lo que tiene una importancia muy relevante que sean identificados antes de la concepción. Se pretende exponer los diferentes factores de riesgo reproductivo desde los antecedentes personales como la edad y peso, condicionantes sociales como alcoholismo, pareja inestable; antecedentes patológicos personales las enfermedades no transmisibles como hipertensión arterial, diabetes mellitus, entre otros; los antecedentes gineco-obstétricos de las mujeres en edad fértil como trastornos hipertensivos del embarazo, malformaciones congénitas, retraso del crecimiento intrauterino , así como los componentes de la atención, la correcta información brindada dentro del ámbito preconcepcional. El objetivo es exponer los factores de riesgo reproductivo preconcepcional en las mujeres de edad fértiles. Se realizo búsqueda bibliográfica en Google académico, BVS, Mediagraphic, SciELO y ELSEVIER, limitada a textos completos, en idioma español, publicados entre los años 2019 a 2023. Los factores de riesgo son identificados por medio de la atención preconcepcional, que tiene como objetivo principal la reducción de muertes maternas e infantiles. Una gran parte de mujeres en edad perfil desconoce este tipo de atención antes de la concepción por lo que es importante mejorar las estrategias para aumentar las consultas preconcepcionales. ABSTRACT: Preconception reproductive risk is considered a possible damage that the mother-child pair can suffer, so it is very important that they are identified before conception. The aim is to expose the different reproductive risk factors from personal history such as age and weight, social conditions such as alcoholism, unstable couples; personal pathological history of non-communicable diseases such as high blood pressure, diabetes mellitus, among others; the gynecological-obstetric history of women of childbearing age such as hypertensive disorders of pregnancy, congenital malformations, intrauterine growth retardation, as well as the components of care, the correct information provided within the preconception field. The objective is to expose preconception reproductive risk factors in women of childbearing age. A bibliographic search was carried out in Google academic, BVS, Mediagraphic, SciELO and ELSEVIER, limited to complete texts, in Spanish, published between the years 2019 to 2023. The risk factors are identified through preconception care, which aims main the reduction of maternal and infant deaths. A large part of women of profile age are unaware of this type of care before conception, so it is important to improve strategies to increase preconception consultations.
