Abstract

The purpose of this study was to verify the effectiveness of using adequate methods, techniques, and resources to teach English as a foreign language to true beginners of seventh grade at Centro Escolar Tomás Medina 10421 in the city of Santa Ana in the year 2009. The unit of study consisted of 39 students who were taking the English subject for the first time, but at the end of the project the unit of study became 35 students because of dropout.
