Abstract

RESUMEN: Como uno de los principales sectores de importancia en el país. El sector salud debe brindar la relevancia necesaria en cuanto a la atención médico hospitalaria. El Hospital Nacional de Nueva Guadalupe proporciona servicios hospitalarios en un radio de influencia considerable, por lo cual pretendemos que el estudio y anteproyecto realizado sea a futuro una institución nosológica que desempeñe eficientemente las funciones y atribuciones para la provisión de los servicios y que éstos produzcan el máximo de mejoramiento posible en los niveles de salud de la población y satisfacer las expectativas de los usuarios con una atención efectiva, oportuna y continua. Para el diseño de un hospital es necesario conocer información general acerca de las partes que las conforman, dimensiones mínimas, clasificaciones de los Hospitales, así como también las leyes que rigen el diseño y construcción de los mismos; con el fin de adquirir conocimientos teóricos y técnicos necesarios para la realización de una propuesta de calidad y un diseño con mayor criterio y fundamentos arquitectónicos. También es necesario realizar un diagnostico del municipio de Nueva Guadalupe en cuanto lo histórico, Social, Cultural, Económico, Institucional, Físico, arquitectónico y ambiental de la región; para conocer las necesidades de la población y las condiciones generales en las que se encuentra el casco urbano, en torno al Hospital de Nueva Guadalupe para implementar las medidas acertadas y poder satisfacer las necesidades de la población. Objetivo General: Elaborar una propuesta arquitectónica que contribuya con el mejoramiento de la atención médica-hospitalaria a través del diseño y la re-acomodación de espacios que reúnan características físicas, estéticas y tecnológicas necesarias para brindar comodidad y seguridad a los usuarios. La metodología a utilizar será investigativa y se aplicará en el proceso de diseño que tiene como fin desarrollar la Propuesta de Remodelación y Reparación del Hospital Nacional de Nueva Guadalupe, para el cual presentamos el esquema metodológico que muestra la relación entre las etapas de diseño inmersas en cada capítulo. Luego de realizada la propuesta de Remodelación del Hospital Nacional de Nueva Guadalupe y de analizar los diferentes factores que interviene en el mismo, como grupo hemos concluido: La salud es un derecho de todo ser humano, y para hacer cumplir este derecho, es necesario contar con instalaciones adecuadas para brindar una atención eficiente, eficaz y de calidad, para ello, y con el motivo de beneficiar a la población del municipio de Nueva Guadalupe se elabora esta propuesta de Remodelación del Hospital de dicha comunidad, como respuesta al constante crecimiento de la población y a las nuevas necesidades que surgen debido la mayor demanda de este servicio. Para lograr proporcionar un diseño que genere el cambio físico y funcional que se requiere, es necesario modificar la geometría externa del hospital, implementando un estilo arquitectónico moderno como lo es el estilo Minimalista, que hace del edificio un atractivo para el público, y que posteriormente se convierta en un punto de referencia de la ciudad de Nueva Guadalupe, lo que brindará una mejor imagen urbana a la ciudad. The National Hospital of Nueva Guadalupe provides hospital services in a considerable radius of influence, for which we intend that the study and preliminary project carried out be in the future a nosological institution that efficiently performs the functions and attributions for the provision of services and that these produce the maximum possible improvement in the health levels of the population and meet the expectations of users with effective, timely and continuous care. For the design of a hospital it is necessary to know general information about the parts that make it up, minimum dimensions, classifications of Hospitals, as well as the laws that govern their design and construction; in order to acquire theoretical and technical knowledge necessary to carry out a quality proposal and a design with greater criteria and architectural foundations. It is also necessary to make a diagnosis of the municipality of Nueva Guadalupe in terms of the historical, social, cultural, economic, institutional, physical, architectural and environmental aspects of the region; to know the needs of the population and the general conditions in which the urban area is located, around the Nueva Guadalupe Hospital to implement the correct measures and be able to satisfy the needs of the population. General Objective: Develop an architectural proposal that contributes to the improvement of medical-hospital care through the design and re-arrangement of spaces that meet physical, aesthetic and technological characteristics necessary to provide comfort and safety to users. The methodology to be used will be investigative and will be applied in the design process that aims to develop the Proposal for Remodeling and Repair of the National Hospital of Nueva Guadalupe, for which we present the methodological scheme that shows the relationship between the design stages immersed in every capital. After making the Remodeling proposal for the National Hospital of Nueva Guadalupe and analyzing the different factors involved in it, as a group we have concluded: Health is a right of every human being, and to enforce this right, it is necessary to have with adequate facilities to provide efficient, effective and quality care, for this purpose, and in order to benefit the population of the municipality of Nueva Guadalupe, this proposal for the Remodeling of the Hospital of said community is prepared, in response to the constant growth of the population and the new needs that arise due to the greater demand for this service. In order to provide a design that generates the physical and functional change that is required, it is necessary to modify the external geometry of the hospital, implementing a modern architectural style such as the Minimalist style, which makes the building attractive to the public, and which subsequently become a point of reference for the city of Nueva Guadalupe, which will provide a better urban image to the city.
