Abstract

RESUMEN:El objetivo de esta investigación es que el proyecto a ejecutar sirva como una guía para la recreación y el sano esparcimiento en integración con la naturaleza y que esto sea un aporte económico mediante la atracción del turismo nacional y extranjero. De carácter exploratorio investigativo enfocado a proponer el diseño de un Parque Eco Turístico para la Comunidad de San Juan I, Alegría; con el fin de incentivar el Desarrollo Sostenible a través del turismo en las zonas rurales del Municipio. Por la cual se desarrollara el tema en los siguientes capítulos. Antecedentes: marco general que contempla límites, objetivos, alcances, planteamiento del problema y justificación de dicha investigación. Marco Referencial: este apartado se divide en tres áreas: Marco Conceptual: Contiene todas las definiciones referentes al proyecto. Marco Histórico: Contempla toda la información acerca de la ubicación del Municipio en el cual se realizará el proyecto además de los aspectos económico, social, político, la población actual y otros datos que son de interés para la realización del estudio. Marco Legal: están contenidos todas las leyes y reglamentos que se aplican para la elaboración del proyecto. Diagnóstico: se realizará el análisis para determinar la situación actual del lugar por medio de la recopilación de datos obtenidos mediante visitas de campo a la zona del proyecto, instituciones que nos puedan brindar información sobre este tipo de diseño, agencias turísticas, personalidades entendidos en el tema. Además de la recopilación de información en las diferentes páginas o sitios web, editoriales y periódicos nacionales. Como estrategia, elaborar estudios técnicos, financieros, ambientales y sociales. Así como la realización del análisis de sitio del terreno para la elaboración del proyecto y el diagnostico rural de la zona. Para contribuir a la propuesta en marcha de este proyecto. Pronóstico: en este apartado se analizará toda la información obtenida por medio del diagnóstico y con ella se implementaría la estrategia para dicho diseño en el cual se proyectarán espacios adecuados enfocados en el desarrollo turístico y ambiental. Con el empleo de esta propuesta se enfocará una reacción positiva tanto en lo económico como en lo social, ya sea a corto o largo plazo. Generando así más empleos e ingresos para la población de dicho municipio, ya que este tipo de proyecto está enfocado en el desarrollo Ecoturístico de la región. Tomando como referencia que el Municipio de Alegría ha sido nominado como Pueblo Vivo por su riqueza natural y por la gran afluencia de turista que se hacen presentes por la atracción de la belleza natural, clima agradable que existe en la región y sus paisajes que se pueden apreciar mediante los miradores. La comunidad San Juan I carece de un desarrollo económico y social por ser una zona rural, por esta razón el proyecto está enfocado en incentivar a la población a la comercialización de productos dentro del Municipio como la fabricación de artesanías, dulces y comida típica. Además de la producción de sus propias cosechas: hortalizas, frutas, y plantas ornamentales, permitiendo así el desarrollo integral y la maximización de los recursos humanos, naturales, técnicos y económicos en beneficio de la población Propuesta: el Proyecto de Parque Recreativo Ecoturístico se presenta como una nueva alternativa de desarrollo para la Comunidad San Juan I, Alegría; una nueva forma de explotar de manera racional y sustentable nuestros recursos y bellezas naturales y sobre todo participar en el turístico de mayor dinamismo con un alto valor agregado. El concepto de Parque Eco turístico nos permitirá ofrecer actividades adicionales a los visitantes del municipio, buscando que se genere una mayor estadía de los turistas y por supuesto un mayor ingreso económico en la región. Este proyecto permitirá a los turistas y los pobladores del Municipio disfrutar las bellezas naturales del lugar. Además se propone una serie de instalaciones óptimas que satisfagan las necesidades y comodidades del visitante para incrementar los atractivos y poner a disposición de los visitantes servicios turísticos de primera calidad a nivel internacional. Taking as a reference that the Municipality of Alegría has been nominated as a Living Town for its natural wealth and for the large influx of tourists that are present due to the attraction of natural beauty, the pleasant climate that exists in the region and its landscapes that can be appreciate through the viewpoints. The San Juan I community lacks economic and social development because it is a rural area, for this reason the project is focused on encouraging the population to commercialize products within the Municipality such as the manufacture of handicrafts, sweets and typical food. In addition to the production of their own crops: vegetables, fruits, and ornamental plants, thus allowing the comprehensive development and maximization of human, natural, technical, and economic resources for the benefit of the population. Proposal: the Ecotourism Recreational Park Project is presented as a new development alternative for the San Juan I Community, Alegría; a new way of rationally and sustainably exploiting our resources and natural beauties and, above all, participating in the most dynamic tourism with high added value. The Ecotourism Park concept will allow us to offer additional activities to visitors to the municipality, seeking to generate a longer stay for tourists and, of course, a greater economic income in the region. This project will allow tourists and residents of the Municipality to enjoy the natural beauty of the place. In addition, a series of optimal facilities are proposed that satisfy the needs and comforts of the visitor to increase the attractions and make top quality tourist services available to visitors at an international level
