Abstract

RESUMEN: Se presenta el informe final del Trabajo de Investigación realizado en la Unidad de Salud El Tránsito, sobre el tema: “Influencia de las Relaciones Familiares en el Estado Emocional de Pacientes con Diabetes”, empleando la modalidad Estudio de Caso, donde se incluyen los siguientes apartados: La Justificación, hace énfasis en los acontecimientos internos y externos que influyen en la mejora o empeoramiento del estado emocional de la persona que adolece la enfermedad. Los Objetivos de la investigación, estuvieron enfocados al conocimiento de la enfermedad, al estado emocional de las personas que adolecen diabetes según sus relaciones familiares. El capítulo I consta del Marco Teórico, en el cual se hace una recopilación de información relacionada con aspectos emocionales, manifestados por las personas tanto por el padecimiento de su enfermedad como por la influencia de las relaciones familiares que mantienen. El capítulo II contiene la Formulación del Sistema de Hipótesis, haciendo una suposición sobre la influencia de las relaciones familiares, si estas son armoniosas o conflictivas y cómo influyen en el estado emocional de las personas con diabetes. El capítulo III incluye la Metodología, describiendo el número de sujetos participantes según objetivos y requisitos establecidos en la investigación, así como también se describen las técnicas e instrumentos utilizados para recabar la información, los cuales son: la observación, entrevistas individuales y familiares y prueba psicológica. En el procedimiento se mencionan los pasos a seguir para la ejecución del trabajo de investigación, siendo estos: visita a la institución y revisión de expedientes, reuniones preliminares con pacientes y familias para establecer empatía, recolección de la información, análisis de los resultados y diseño de investigación (modalidad a emplear).ii El capítulo IV comprende el Análisis e Interpretación de Resultados, en el cual se hizo la descripción de las categorías de análisis comparando la teoría con la información encontrada. En el capítulo V se describen las Conclusiones y las Recomendaciones, las conclusiones hacen referencia a las categorías de análisis y a las hipótesis. Las recomendaciones van dirigidas al Sistema Nacional de Salud Pública, a las Condiciones Psicosociales de las personas que adolecen diabetes y a su grupo familiar, finalmente a las familias de las personas con diabetes. En el capítulo VI se presenta la Propuesta de Atención Psicológica para las personas que adolecen la enfermedad y a su respectivo grupo familiar. En seguida se incluyen las Referencias Bibliográficas, las cuales sustentan la información teórica encontrada para la elaboración de trabajo de investigación. Se agregan los Anexos, que contienen la información proporcionada por las personas y su grupo familiar en las Reuniones Preliminares y Entrevistas para Estudio de Caso. Finalmente se presenta la Constancia de realización del Trabajo de Grado. ABSTRACT: The final report of the Research Work carried out at the El Tránsito Health Unit is presented, on the subject: "Influence of Family Relationships on the Emotional State of Patients with Diabetes", using the Case Study modality, which includes the following sections: The Justification, emphasizes the internal and external events that influence the improvement or worsening of the emotional state of the person suffering from the disease. Chapter III includes the Methodology, describing the number of participating subjects according to the objectives and requirements established in the research, as well as the techniques and instruments used to collect the information, which are: observation, individual and family interviews and test. psychological. Chapter VI presents the Psychological Care Proposal for people who suffer from the disease and their respective family group. Next, the Bibliographical References are included, which support the theoretical information found for the elaboration of the research work. The Annexes are added, which contain the information provided by the people and their family group in the Preliminary Meetings and Interviews for the Case Study. Finally, the Certificate of completion of the Degree Project is presented
