Abstract

RESUMEN: De acuerdo a la Constitución de la Republica de El Salvador es obligación del Estado asegurar a los habitantes el goce de recreación y cultura, así como también proporcionar un medio de subsistencia para sus habitantes. Puerto El Triunfo, es un municipio que cuenta con gran riqueza turística por ubicarse en zona costera y ser el punto de conexión de las diferentes islas del municipio. El malecón de puerto el triunfo fue construido en0 1891 con el objetivo aduanal y activo de comercio de exportación e importación coronando así el sueño de los habitantes del oriente salvadoreño. Las instalaciones de este muelle brindaron muchos servicios comerciales, pero con la disminución en la industria pesquera fue abandonado. Actualmente estas instalaciones son utilizadas con fin turístico, logrando participar y colocarse como punto turístico del país. Objetivo general: Elaborar una propuesta de rediseño y acondicionamiento de las instalaciones del malecón de Puerto El Triunfo que cumplan con los requisitos adecuados para lograr ser un punto de desarrollo turístico y comercial de la zona Oriental. Metrodologia La metodología se desarrollará conforme a especificaciones de investigación las cuales se realizarán de acuerdo a las siguientes Fases. Fase I. Conceptualización del problema Fase II. Marco Referencial Fase III. Diagnostico Fase IV. Pronostico Fase V. propuesta de Diseño. CONCLUSIONES Se ha desarrollado una propuesta arquitectónica basada en la exhaustiva búsqueda de información relacionada con el tema, tomando en cuenta casos similares, leyes ambientales, ley de urbanismo y construcción, ley municipal entre otras, con el fin de proporcionar la mejor propuesta que pueda servir en el desarrollo del municipio y contribuir con el mejoramiento de la calidad de vida de los habitantes del municipio de Puerto El Triunfo, con este tipo de anteproyectos se pretende reactivas y poner en práctica un turismo eco amigable que se integre con el entorno y ayude al ecosistema. Con la reactivación de las instalaciones existente y con su mejoramiento se pretende dar vida al recinto, así como integrarlo al entorno ambiental que rodea las instalaciones, logrando armonía entre el ecosistema y el ambiente urbanístico ABSTRACT: According to the Constitution of the Republic of El Salvador, it is the obligation of the State to ensure the inhabitants the enjoyment of recreation and culture, as well as to provide a means of subsistence for its inhabitants. Puerto El Triunfo, is a municipality that has great tourist wealth for being located in a coastal area and being the connection point of the different islands of the municipality. The boardwalk of Puerto El Triunfo was built in 1891 with the objective of customs and active export and import trade, thus crowning the dream of the inhabitants of eastern Salvador. This dock facility provided many commercial services, but with the decline in the fishing industry it was abandoned. Currently these facilities are used for tourism, managing to participate and be placed as a tourist spot in the country. GENERAL OBJECTIVE: Prepare a proposal for the redesign and refurbishment of the Puerto El Triunfo boardwalk facilities that meet the appropriate requirements to become a point of tourist and commercial development in the Eastern zone. . METHODOLOGY The methodology will be developed according to research specifications which will be carried out according to the following phases. Phase I. Conceptualization of the problem Phase II. Reference Framework Phase III. Phase IV Diagnosis. Forecast Phase V. Design proposal. CONCLUSIONS An architectural proposal has been developed based on the exhaustive search for information related to the subject, taking into account similar cases, environmental laws, urban planning and construction law, municipal law, among others, in order to provide the best proposal that can serve in the development of the municipality and contribute to the improvement of the quality of life of the inhabitants of the municipality of Puerto El Triunfo, with this type of preliminary projects it is intended to reactive and put into practice an eco-friendly tourism that integrates with the environment and helps the ecosystem. With the reactivation of the existing facilities and their improvement, it is intended to give life to the site, as well as integrate it into the environment that surrounds the facilities, achieving harmony between the ecosystem and the urban environment
