Abstract

RESUMEN: La Zona Oriental de El Salvador tiene un potencial desarrollo principalmente en lo económico y se ve en la necesidad de contar con áreas tales como : culturales, cívicas y deportivas, estos son valores que se adquieren a través de la disciplina y la promoción, es decir que en un proyecto como este se beneficia no solo el deporte sino también la cultura y otros aspectos trascendentales ya que en un polideportivo se puede practicar un deporte, realizar un evento cultural, incluyendo en este lo político, económico etc. Así como también eventos de carácter cívico. El presente trabajo se orienta a determinar las formas procedimentales que constituyen o se deben tomar en cuenta para la elaboración de un proyecto, estos deben de tener una secuencia lógica y coherente q puede ir desde el levantamiento topográfico hasta el financiamiento de la obra, tomando en consideración la función del proyecto, las formas arquitectónicas y el aspecto tecnológico que será el resultado del producto final. OBJETIVO GENERAL: Lograr que el proyecto Arquitectónico del Polideportivo de San Rafael Oriente sirva para beneficio del desarrollo social, cultural, deportivo y de sano esparcimiento para los habitantes del municipio. CONCLUSIÓN: Con la ejecución del Proyecto del Polideportivo para la Ciudad de San Rafael Oriente Departamento de San Miguel, se pretende que el Municipio cuente con unas Instalaciones Deportivas modernas las cuales vendrán a favorecer a sus habitantes y lugares circunvecinos, especialmente a la Juventud quienes gozarán de un Sano Esparcimiento evitando con ellos se desvíen a actividades negativas, contribuyendo con dicha ejecución a prevenir la Violencia y delincuencia social del Municipio y sus alrededores. A través de los Criterios de diseño se pretende establecer una propuesta que la mayoría de la Población estaba demandando ya que por el alto índice de la Violencia Social y Delincuencial los Jóvenes y Niños se dedican a desarrollar actividades antisociales y con la Implementación de este Espacio Deportivo, los Jóvenes y Niños gozarán de un Sano Esparcimiento, logrando con ello insertarlo al buen desarrollo Físico y Mental. The present work is oriented to determine the procedural forms that constitute or must be taken into account for the elaboration of a project, these must have a logical and coherent sequence that can go from the topographical survey to the financing of the work, taking into account consideration the function of the project, the architectural forms and the technological aspect that will be the result of the final product. GENERAL OBJECTIVE: To ensure that the Architectural project of the San Rafael Oriente Sports Center serves for the benefit of social, cultural, sports and healthy recreation development for the inhabitants of the municipality. CONCLUSION: With the execution of the Sports Center Project for the City of San Rafael Oriente Department of San Miguel, it is intended that the Municipality have modern Sports Facilities which will benefit its inhabitants and surrounding places, especially the Youth who will enjoy of a Healthy Leisure avoiding with them they are diverted to negative activities, contributing with said execution to prevent Violence and social delinquency of the Municipality and its surroundings. Through the Design Criteria, it is intended to establish a proposal that the majority of the Population was demanding since, due to the high rate of Social and Delinquent Violence, Youth and Children are dedicated to developing antisocial activities and with the Implementation of this Sports Space , the Youth and Children will enjoy a Healthy Leisure, thus achieving to insert it to the good Physical and Mental development
