Abstract

El presente trabajo de graduación, denominado “SISTEMA INFORMÁTICO EN AMBIENTE WEB CON APLICACIÓN MÓVIL PARA EL CONTROL DE PROCESOS ADMINISTRATIVOS DEL LABORATORIO CLÍNICO MM FISHER’ST DEL MUNICIPIO DE SAN VICENTE, DEPARTAMENTO DE SAN VICENTE” ha sido elaborado con el fin de dar solución a la problemática encontrada: “El laboratorio MM FISHER’ST no posee un control de los procesos administrativos. ”Se determinó este problema a partir de la correspondiente investigación realizada dentro de la institución, consultando con el Administrador del laboratorio, observando la forma de realizar los procesos del laboratorio y el tiempo que se toman para llevar a cabo cada una de las actividades. A partir de esto se desarrollóla aplicación informática dentro de la cual se manejan los procesos administrativos del laboratorio, con el fin de poder brindar una forma más eficiente de realizarlos, reducir tiempos de espera y mejorar la atención brindada a los pacientes. Gracias a esto, el laboratorio cuenta con un mejor registro de pacientes, controles de existencias y exámenes clínicos realizados, acceso a la información, filtros de seguridad para respaldar el acceso a la información y la disponibilidad de la misma en el momento que se requiera. SUMMARY The thesis “WEB ENVIRONMENT INFORMATIC SYSTEM WITH MOBILE APPLICATION FOR THE ADMINISTRATIVE PROCESSES CONTROL OF THE CLINICAL LABORATORY MM FISHER’ST FROM SAN VICENTE’S MUNICIPALITY, DEPARTMENT OF SAN VICENTE (SISTEMA INFORMÁTICO EN AMBIENTE WEB CON APLICACIÓN MÓVIL PARA EL CONTROL DE PROCESOS ADMINISTRATIVOS DEL LABORATORIO CLÍNICO MM FISHER’ST DEL MUNICIPIO DE SAN VICENTE, DEPARTAMENTO DE SAN VICENTE)” was elaborated having as a purpose to give solution to the problem: “MM FISHER’ST laboratory does not have administrative processes control”.This problem was determined through an investigation made inside the institution, consulting to the laboratory’s manager, by observing the processes the laboratory does and the time that it takes them to complete each activity. From here, it was developed an informatic application who manages the administrative processes of the laboratory, with the purpose of providean efficient process, decrease the waiting time and improve the service that is offered to patients. Because of this, the laboratory has a better patient’s registry system, inventory control, clinical examinations control, access to the information and security filters to ensure the access information and the disposition of it when it’s needed.
