Abstract

Este documento contiene información sobre la elaboración del proyecto denominado “SISTEMA INFORMÁTICO EN AMBIENTE WEB PARA LA GESTIÓN ADMINISTRATIVA DEL COMPLEJO EDUCATIVO CATÓLICO “SANTA TERESITA”, desarrollado con el fin de resolver problemas de dicha institución, el cual se desglosa principalmente en tres importantes áreas: préstamo de libros y equipo informático, control de pago de computación y compra-venta de uniformes deportivos, monogramas y libros. Inicialmente presenta información de suma importancia como lo son los procesos que actualmente lleva a cabo el Complejo Educativo Católico “Santa Teresita”, que da la pauta para detallar los problemas en las áreas correspondientes, así como también la metodología para el desarrollo del proyecto, continúa describiendo los costos de recurso humano,tecnológicos y de materiales que se utilizaron para el desarrollo del proyecto. Finalmente presenta el diseño y programación del sistema informático, logrando los objetivos planteados y satisfaciendo las necesidades mediante la implementación. This document presents the information about the following project development called "COMPUTER SYSTEM IN WEB ENVIRONMENT FOR THE ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGEMENT OF THE CATHOLIC EDUCATIONAL SCHOOL "SANTA TERESITA". This research has been developed in order to solve problems related to such school, which it is mainly broken down into three important areas: loan of books and computer equipment, payment control on computers and sports uniforms and finally monograms and books. To begin with, this research shows a great important information about the processes that are currently being carried out by the "Santa Teresita" Catholic Educational School, which it gives the guideline to point out the problems in the corresponding areas, as well as the methodology for the development of the project, and also it continues describing the costs of human resources, technology and materials that were used for the development of this project. Finally, it presents the design and programming of the computer system achieving the objectives previously set, and also it meets the needs through implementation.
