Abstract
En el presente documento se detalla la información sobre el desarrollo del tema denominado: SISTEMA INFORMÁTICO CON APLICACIÓN MÓVIL PARA LA GESTIÓN DE RESERVA DE PAQUETES TURÍSTICOS Y ASESORIA MIGRATORIA EN LA AGENCIA DE VIAJES MARTÍNEZ TRAVEL & TOURS DEL MUNICIPIO DE SAN VICENTE, el cual se desarrolló con el fin de implementar un canal de comunicación en tiempo real entre la administración y los usuarios finales, tener una gestión clara y ordenada de todos los servicios que brinda la agencia de viajes, gestión de contactos, seguimiento a clientes y promocionar los servicios haciendo estos más atractivos para su reserva o cotización. Se describen las metodologías utilizadas para la investigación de los procesos actuales y como solucionar cada uno de estos, se presentan los requerimientos informáticos, operativos y presupuesto general para la ejecución del proyecto. This document details the information on the development of the topic called: COMPUTER SYSTEM IN THE WEB ENVIRONMENT AND MOBILE APPLICATION FOR THE MANAGEMENT OF TOURIST SERVICES IN THE MARTÍNEZ TRAVEL & TOURS AGENCY OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF SAN VICENTE, which was developed with in order to implement a real-time communication channel between the administration and the end users, have a clear and orderly management of all the services provided by the travel agency, contact management, follow-up clients and promote the services by doing these more attractive for your reservation or quote. The methodologies used for the investigation of the current processes and how to solve each of these are described, the computer and operational requirements and general budget for the execution of the project are presented.
