Abstract

RESUMEN: El presente trabajo de investigación se basa en el estudio de la familia de coronavirus, principal agente causal de diversas patologías del tracto respiratorio que varían desde el resfriado común hasta enfermedades mas graves. La investigación tiene como OBJETIVO: determinar los factores que influyen en el nivel de aceptación y rechazo de vacuna contra COVID19 en personas que pertenecen a grupos a riesgo. METODOLOGIA se realizó un estudio prospectivo, transversal, descriptivo, de campo, con enfoque cuantitativo, la población estuvo conformada por pacientes que consultan en UCSFI San Alejo, UCSFI San Carlos Morazán y UCSFE SM, se aplicó un cuestionario en línea conformado por 27 interrogantes de carácter bimodal y opción múltiple dividido en secciones correspondientes a características sociodemográficas, opinión de la población en estudio e influencia de los medios de comunicación, como prueba estadística se utilizó el análisis de varianza de un factor. RESULTADOS: basados en la información que se obtuvo de nuestra investigación se puede afirmar que al aplicar la prueba estadística análisis de varianza de un factor; los factores socioculturales no inciden en el nivel de aceptación o rechazo de vacuna contra COVID-19, ya que no existe diferencia estadística significativa. CONCLUSIONES: con nuestra investigación se concluyó principalmente que el nivel de aceptación o rechazo de vacuna contra COVID-19 está relacionado principalmente a la fuente de información a la cual la población tiene acceso, con un intervalo de confianza del 95%; por lo tanto, se rechazó la hipótesis de trabajo y se aceptó la hipótesis alternativa. ABSTRAC: This research work is based on the study of the coronavirus family, the main causal agent of various pathologies of the respiratory tract that vary from the common cold to more serious diseases. The research has as its OBJECTIVE: to determine the factors that influence the level of acceptance and rejection of the vaccine against COVID19 in people who belong to groups at risk. METHODOLOGY A prospective, cross-sectional, descriptive, field study was carried out, with a quantitative approach, the population was made up of patients who consult at UCSFI San Alejo, UCSFI San Carlos Morazán and UCSFE SM, an online questionnaire was applied consisting of 27 questions of bimodal character and multiple option divided into sections corresponding to sociodemographic characteristics, opinion of the population under study and influence of the media, as a statistical test the analysis of variance of one factor was used. RESULTS: based on the information obtained from our research, it can be stated that when applying the statistical test analysis of variance of one factor; sociocultural factors do not affect the level of acceptance or rejection of the COVID-19 vaccine, since there is no statistically significant difference. CONCLUSIONS: Our research mainly concluded that the level of acceptance or rejection of the COVID-19 vaccine is mainly related to the source of information to which the population has access, with a 95% confidence interval; therefore, the working hypothesis was rejected and the alternative hypothesis was accepted
