Abstract

RESUMEN: El desarrollo del presente trabajo de investigación, el cual trata sobre el derecho a la salud, el cual constituye uno de los derechos humanos fundamentales. Se compone del planteamiento del problema, esto en la primera parte, posteriormente en la segunda parte se encuentra el desarrollo capitular, los cuales tratan de lo siguiente: en la parte I del Capítulo I, se determina el “Derecho a la Salud como un Derecho Fundamental y de su Forma de Protección Reforzada por medio del Amparo”. En el Capítulo II: corresponde al marco histórico, marco teórico, marco conceptual y marco legal. En el capítulo III, se refiere al análisis e interpretación de datos de la investigación de campo, donde se presentan las hipótesis, tipo de investigación, los métodos, y las técnicas e instrumentos de investigación, en el Capítulo IV, se encuentra la etapa donde se conocen las conclusiones que obtuve en dicho trabajo de investigación; y las recomendaciones que se tienen que tomar en cuenta; para finalizar, la tercera parte de la investigación se compone de los anexos. ABSTRACT: The development of this research work, which deals with the right to health, which constitutes one of the fundamental human rights. It consists of the approach to the problem, this in the first part, later in the second part is the chapter development, which deals with the following: in part I of Chapter I, the "Right to Health is determined as a Right Fundamental and its Reinforced Form of Protection through Amparo”.
