Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación, se realiza con el propósito de identificar y describir los elementos que intervienen en la comunicación interna, tomando en cuenta sus implicaciones en el proceso de gestión educativa, por lo que se toman elementos como los antecedentes históricos de la investigación, la base legal y la fundamentación teórica. El enfoque que se aplicó a esta investigación es cuantitativo con un alcance de tipo descriptivo; dándose la oportunidad de describir en su totalidad el problema, representando un conjunto de procesos, partiendo de la idea, hasta la elaboración del reporte de resultados, siendo secuencial y probatoria. La población de la investigación, se compone de ambos centros educativos, tomando una muestra aleatoria significativa, en la cual, fueron 150 participantes (estudiantes, directores, padres y madres de familia de los centros educativos). Para la recolección de la información, se utilizaron los instrumentos; encuesta, entrevista y lista de chequeo para observación. Los resultados evidencian que en ambas instituciones los directores, estudiantes, padres y madres de familia presentaron una actitud positiva a la hora de realizar las diferentes intervenciones. Por lo tanto, se concluye que en ambas instituciones se mantiene una comunicación interna adecuada; ya que, por parte de los directores, cumplen su rol de la mejor manera, escuchando las opiniones del personal docente, y tomándolas en cuenta al momento de la resolución de problemas, encargándose de promover, y utilizar los diferentes medios de comunicación, con la implementación de diversas actividades que involucran a los miembros que participan en el proceso enseñanza-aprendizaje. The present research is carried out with the purpose of identifying and describing the elements that intervene in internal communication, by taking into account its implications in the educational management process, for which elements such as the historical background of the investigation are taken, the legal basis and the theoretical foundation. The approach applied to this research is quantitative with a descriptive scope; giving itself the opportunity to fully describe the problem, representing a set of processes, starting from the idea, until the preparation of the report of results, being sequential and probative. The research population is made up of both schools, taking a significant random sample, in which there were 150 participants (students, directors, fathers and mothers of the educational centers). For the collection of information, the instruments were used; survey, interview and observation checklist. The results show that in both institutions the directors, students, parents and mothers presented a positive attitude when carrying out the different interventions. Therefore, it is concluded that adequate internal communication is maintained in both institutions; since, on the part of the directors, they fulfill their role in the best way, listening to the opinions of the teaching staff, and taking them into account when solving problems, taking charge of promoting, and using the different means of communication, with the implementation of various activities that involve the members involved in the teaching-learning process.
