Abstract

RESUMEN: El poco conocimiento de los proyectos de energías renovables en sus diferentes etapas conlleva a que futuros inversionistas tenga temor a incursionar en esta tecnología, además la banca salvadoreña poco a poco ha ido abriendo nuevas líneas de financiamiento para estos tipos de proyectos, lo que hace poco conocido los pasos a seguir a la hora de querer invertir en estos proyectos. En la investigación se pretende Diseñar una guía práctica financiera para inversionistas en proyectos de energías renovables fotovoltaica, para que tengan un mejor conocimiento de los diferentes procesos que conllevan estas inversiones, mostrando los aspectos que debe contener una guía práctica para inversiones de energía renovable fotovoltaica, en los cuales se detallaran los aspectos de financiamiento, económicos, técnicos, políticos, ambientales y normativos, con esto ayudar al inversionista a conocer el paso a paso de este tipo de inversiones. Se identificarán las etapas que conlleva un proyecto de energías renovables fotovoltaica y las instituciones que intervienen en las diferentes etapas desde el Perfil del proyecto hasta la etapa de cierre de las operaciones. Con los aspectos se desarrollará un análisis de casos prácticos donde el inversionista tendrá a detalle del uso de la guía práctica. La metodología de investigación se hace en un enfoque cuantitativo con un tipo de investigación descriptivo a nivel documental, esta metodología es la que mejor se apega al fenómeno estudiado en la investigación, ya que cualitativa y descriptivamente se detallaran los pasos a seguir de la guía práctica, para la recolección de datos se utilizó diferente documentación tanto electrónicas como escritas. Con la investigación se pretende enriquecer a los diferentes inversores es estos proyectos con los diferentes aspectos planteados, y un mejor criterio con los casos prácticos presentados. ABSTRACT: The little knowledge of renewable energy projects in their different stages leads future investors to be afraid to venture into this technology, in addition Salvadoran banks have gradually been opening new lines of financing for these types of projects, which makes little known the steps to follow when wanting to invest in these projects. The research aims to design a financial practical guide for investors in photovoltaic renewable energy projects, so that they have a better knowledge of the different processes involved in these investments, showing the aspects that should contain a practical guide for photovoltaic renewable energy investments, in which the financing aspects will be detailed, economic, technical, political, environmental and regulatory, with this help the investor to know the step by step of this type of investments. The stages involved in a photovoltaic renewable energy project and the institutions involved in the different stages from the Project Profile to the closing stage of operations will be identified. With the aspects, an analysis of practical cases will be developed where the investor will have in detail the use of the practical guide. The research methodology is done in a quantitative approach with a type of descriptive research at the documentary level, this methodology is the one that best adheres to the phenomenon studied in the research, since qualitatively and descriptively the steps to follow of the practical guide will be detailed, for the collection of data different documentation was used both electronic as written. With the research it is intended to enrich the different investors in these projects with the different aspects raised, and a better criterion with the practical cases presented
