Abstract

RESUMEN: La formación docente pretende fortalecer las competencias curriculares y metodológicas de los y las docentes a través de diversas especializaciones disciplinares las cuales permiten un dominio efectivo de la disciplina en específico dentro del marco del Plan Nacional de Formación Docente surge la necesidad de estudiar la contribución y desafíos de éste, a través del estudio sistemático de los diferentes núcleos realizados por los expertos en diferentes zonas del país, los cuales han servido de base para el desarrollo de la investigación, que tiene como objetivo el análisis de dichas contribuciones, así mismo identificar los desafíos del Plan Nacional de Formación Docente; así como también conocer el dominio curricular alcanzado por los y las especialistas certificados en la disciplina de su especialidad. ABSTRACT: Teacher training aims to strengthen the curricular and methodological skills of teachers through various disciplinary specializations which allow an effective mastery of the specific discipline Within the framework of the National Teacher Training Plan, the need arises to study the contribution and challenges of this, through the systematic study of the different nuclei carried out by experts in different areas of the country, which have served as the basis for the development of research, which aims to analyze these contributions, as well as identify the challenges of the National Teacher Training Plan; as well as knowing the curricular mastery achieved by the certified specialists in the discipline of their specialty
