Abstract

RESUMEN: La presente investigación se realizó en el municipio de alegría, departamento de Usulután a raíz de una necesidad que fue mencionada por la municipalidad de diseñar un espacio arquitectónico para la construcción de un edificio socio-turístico y una intervención urbana para el mejoramiento del tránsito peatonal. Para la elaboración del análisis de sitio y de diseños de espacios arquitectónicos para la construcción de un edificio e intervenir el mejoramiento peatonal del área central de la ciudad de alegría. Para ello se contó con criterios de diseño moderno-colonial, para mantener en armonía la estructura con el entorno que se presenta en la misma ciudad. Aprovechando el clima de la ciudad, en la propuesta de diseño se propusieron espacios abiertos con ventilación natural e iluminación para que el mismo edificio fuera más amigable con el medio ambiente. El edificio multifuncional tiene como fin el ordenar el área turística y poder tener con mayor facilidad para el turista, los espacios en su debido orden, espacios para parqueo, espacios para aérea de usos múltiples, un espacio de food court, terrazas y áreas de mirador para poder visualizar toda la ciudad. Para el área de peatones, se mejoraron los diseños de áreas de estar, para que el turista pudiera tener una mejor movilidad en el parque de alegría. ABSTRACT: The present investigation was carried out in the municipality of alegría, department of Usulutan as a result of a need that was mentioned by the municipality to design an architectural space for the construction of a socio-tourist building and an urban intervention to improve pedestrian traffic. For the elaboration of the site analysis and designs of architectural spaces for the construction of a building and to intervene the pedestrian improvement of the central area of the city of alegría. For this, modern-colonial design criteria were used, to maintain the structure in harmony with the environment that is presented in the city itself. Taking advantage of the climate of the city, open spaces with natural ventilation and lighting were proposed in the design proposal so that the building itself would be more environmentally friendly. The purpose of the ultifunctional building is to order the tourist area and to be able to have more easily for the tourist, the spaces in their proper order, parking spaces, spaces for multipurpose areas, a food court space, terraces and lookout areas. to view the entire city. For the pedestrian area, the designs of living areas were improved, so that the tourist could have better mobility in the park of joy
