Abstract

RESUMEN: En esta investigación se analiza el uso como principal objetivo que tiene la falta de cumplimiento de leyes y reglamentos relacionadas con el control del desarrollo urbano y de los planes de usos de suelo, control deficiente de las descargas de aguas negras y servidas, contribuyen también a la contaminación de las aguas superficiales y subterráneas. Se obtuvo una muestra que nos permitió poder distribuir las entrevistas a los entrevistados lo cual nos dio información para seguir con la investigación. A nivel internacional la industria es una de las fuentes más importantes de contaminación, cuando vierten al medio ambiente, sin tratamiento adecuado, productos contaminantes derivados de sus procesos industriales, se afectan cuerpos de agua superficiales y subterráneos; el incremento de las temperaturas por el cambio climático contribuye también a la contaminación del manto acuífero dado que al inducir pérdida de oxígeno se altera la química del agua; el uso de agroquímicos que se filtran a ríos y aguas subterráneas pueden contaminar las aguas y volverlas no aptas para el consumo humano. Estudios científicos realizados en El Salvador han demostrado la presencia de agroquímicos en aguas superficiales y subterráneas, la industria de los combustibles fósiles ha provocado también polución del agua en diversos puntos del planeta, por fallas en el transporte o por filtración de los tanques de almacenamiento, que contaminan las aguas volviéndolas no aptas para el consumo humano. ABSTRAC: This research analyzes the use as the main objective of the lack of compliance with laws and regulations related to the control of urban development and land use plans, deficient control of sewage and sewage discharges, also contribute to contamination of surface and groundwater. The investigation gives rise to finding in the field investigation where the observation and interview techniques with this instrument were applied; This instrument was used for the different interviewees. A sample was obtained that allowed us to distribute the interviews to the interviewees, which gave us information to continue with the investigation. Scientific studies carried out in El Salvador have shown the presence of agrochemicals in surface and groundwater; in Europe pesticides and animal medicines have been found in waterways; Deforestation, the fossil fuel industry has also caused water pollution in various parts of the planet, due to transport failures or leaks from storage tanks, which contaminate the water, rendering it unfit for human consumption
