Abstract

RESUMEN: En el siguiente trabajo, se desarrollan los procesos, metodologías para la ejecución de un edificio de 5 niveles, partiendo de la elaboración de planos taller; que contiene el despiece de los elementos que conforman la estructura para facilitar la interpretación de los mismos y que el armador pueda realizar correctamente el habilitado del acero de refuerzo de cada una de las piezas, así también los metrados que son las cantidades de materiales por elemento y las preparatorias en las cuales se resumen cada uno de los procedimientos operativos a seguir para la realización de cada una de las etapas anteriores, haciendo énfasisen elementos estructurales de concreto reforzado tales como zapatas, columnas, vigas, losas de entrepiso y escaleras. ABSTRACT: In the following work, the processes and methodologies for the execution of a 5-story building are developed, starting from the preparation of workshop plans; that contains the exploded view of the elements that make up the structure to facilitate their interpretation and that the shipbuilder can correctly enable the reinforcing steel of each of the pieces, as well as the meters that are the amounts of materials per element and the preparatory ones in which each of the operating procedures to be followed to carry out each of the previous stages are summarized, emphasizing reinforced concrete structural elements such as footings, columns, beams, mezzanine slabs and stairs
