Abstract

RESUMEN: El conocimiento sobre la ley nacer con cariño es la capacidad para identificar, observar y analizar sobre el abordaje que implementa la ley nacer con cariño que tiene por finalidad central mejorar las condiciones de dignidad humana. Objetivo: determinar el nivel de conocimiento que tiene el personal de salud que labora en el primer nivel de atención salvadoreño respecto a la ley nacer con cariño. Metodología: Se realizó una investigación transversal con un total de 47 individuos que forman parte del personal de salud de las unidades de salud San Carlos Morazán, Corinto Morazán y Nueva Guadalupe San miguel que cumplieron los criterios de inclusión. Este instrumento consta de tres partes, la primera parte evalúa las características sociodemográficas en la segunda parte el protocolo de la ley nacer con cariño y la tercera parte del instrumento es la evaluación del reglamento de la ley. Resultados: se obtuvo que hay una mayor proporción de población femenina con un 62%; nivel de estudio superior con un 72% y grupo etario se encuentra un mayor porcentaje en edades de 41 a 50 años con un 38% en cuanto a conocimientos del protocolo 70% tuvo conocimientos medios, mientras que en el reglamento 64% tuvo conocimiento medio Conclusiones: el personal de salud en su mayor porcentaje tiene conocimientos medios.   ABSTRACT: Knowledge about the born with affection law is the ability to identify, observe and analyze the approach implemented by the born with affection law whose main purpose is to improve the conditions of human dignity. Objective: to determine the level of knowledge that health personnel working in the first level of Salvadoran care have regarding the law to be born with affection. Methodology: A cross-sectional investigation was carried out with a total of 47 individuals who are part of the health personnel of the San Carlos Morazán, Corinto Morazán and Nueva Guadalupe San Miguel health units who met the inclusion criteria. This instrument consists of three parts, the first part evaluates the sociodemographic characteristics in the second part the protocol of the law to be born with affection and the third part of the instrument is the evaluation of the regulation of the law. Results: it was obtained that there is a greater proportion of the female population with 62%; higher level of study with 72% and age group there is a higher percentage in ages 41 to 50 years with 38% in terms of knowledge of the protocol 70% had average knowledge, while in the regulation 64% had average knowledge Conclusions: the health personnel in its highest percentage have average knowledge
