Abstract

Resúmen: La educación es la base fundamental de toda sociedad, la Propuesta del Plan Estratégico del Centro Escolar Cantón San José, se presenta para apoyar al personal administrativo y al personal docente, promoviendo una educación de calidad, desarrollando valores que permiten el avance educativo. El presente plan consta de tres numerales: la cultura e identidad corporativa; el comportamiento de los diferentes actores y el cuadro de mando integral, los elementos antes mencionados, ayudará a una investigación fidedigna y apegada a la realidad del entorno educativo. La cultura e identidad corporativa se realiza la misión, apegada a la realidad y exigencia, dando lugar en enfocarse a los avances educativos, la visión que es la parte fundamental a futuro, retomando el camino de las nuevas exigencias, que hoy en día es impulsado por el MINEDUCYT, el Centro Escolar retoma como un punto principal a desarrollar. La institución debe de contar con valores que permiten el fortalecimiento. EL DAFO nos permitirá profundizar y desglosar debilidades y amenazas, es necesario analizar los comportamientos de los diferentes elementos encontrados, ajustándolos con la matriz CAME que nos mostrará estrategias que permitirán definir temas estratégicos. El Cuadro de Mando Integral nos permitirá relacionar las perspectivas del cliente, dentro y fuera del centro escolar, la perspectiva de proceso define y ejecuta los objetivos estratégicos, la definición de las metas y el proceso a seguir. La perspectiva de aprendizaje permitirá conocer cada una de las capacidades del personal. Con todo lo anterior se logrará una investigación apegada a la realidad. Abstract: Education is the fundamental basis of every society, the Strategic Plan Proposal of the Canton San José School Center is presented to support the administrative staff and teaching staff, promoting quality education, developing values that allow educational advancement. This plan consists of three sections: corporate culture and identity; The behavior of the different actors and the balanced scorecard, the elements, will help a reliable investigation that is attached to the reality of the educational environment. The corporate culture and identity fulfill the mission, attached to reality, and demands, giving rise to focusing on educational advances, the vision that is the fundamental part for the future, returning to the path of new demands, which is promoted today by the MINEDUCYT, the School Center returns as a main point to be developed. The institution must have values that allow for strengthening. SWOT will allow us to deepen and break down weaknesses and threats, it is necessary to analyze the behaviors of the different elements found, adjusting them with the CAME matrix that will show us strategies that will allow us to define strategic themes. The Balanced Scorecard will allow us to relate the client's perspectives, inside and outside the school, the process perspective defines and executes the strategic objectives, the definition of the goals and the process to follow. The learning perspective will allow us to know each of the staff's capabilities. With all the above, an investigation attached to reality will be achieved.
