Abstract

RESUMEN: El presente trabajo de investigación denominado planificación estratégica, se llevó a cabo en el Centro Escolar Caserío Los planes , Cantón Volcancillo, Jurisdicción de Joateca con el objetivo de hacer un análisis profundo sobre la situación actual de la comunidad educativa y entorno utilizando la estrategia DAFO, CAME, se hizo un estudio de todos los factores negativos y positivos tanto internos como externos de la institución, las secciones no cuentan con grados puros funcionan de manera integrada ya que la matrícula de estudiantes no alcanzan la cantidad de alumnos que pide como requisito el MINEDUCYT es por ello que se integran varios grados a la vez como consecuencia, esto conlleva aun mayor esfuerzo para el docente y no se logran con eficacia los objetivos o contenidos con los estudiantes. Además se encontró que muchos padres y madres de familia tienen problemas de analfabetismo y esto afecta directamente a los niños /as en sus tareas extracurriculares en cuanto a presupuesto es insuficiente y los depósitos son tardíos es importante mencionar que la escuela está ubicada en la zona rural y el acceso vial está en malas condiciones la señal de telefonía e internet es inestable y la carencia de conocimientos básicos en uso de plataformas virtuales estos factores influyen negativamente en el proceso de enseñanzas y aprendizajes. Se verifico que la suspensión de las clases por pandemia ha generado el rezago educativo hay niños/as que no han desarrollado las competencias de acuerdo al nivel académico. En el Centro Escolar el personal docente está comprometido en la excelencia académica. En esta planificación estratégica, hemos agregado objetivos estratégicos en función de los estudiantes, docentes, en gestión pedagógica y económica; estos nos servirán de guía a la institución con base a objetivos, establecer metas y distribuir responsabilidades.   La planeación estratégica, es un proceso administrativo que le ayuda a los directivos de la organización a diseñar objetivos y estrategias de alta contribución que les permita alcanzar su Visión y su Misión. Dentro de este proceso de Planeación Estratégica los directivos recopilan, analizan y sintetizan la información más relevante del medio ambiente interno (resultados, finanzas, colaboradores, tecnología, operación, administración, etc.) y del medio ambiente externo (clientes, mercados, productos, competidores, aspectos políticos, económicos y sociales, etc.) en que vive inmersa la empresa u organización. El Plan Estratégico es como el ADN del ser humano que, de manera asombrosa, le indica al cuerpo humano cuándo y cómo crecer. Summary: The present research work called strategic planning was carried out at the School center Caserío Los Planes, Canton Volcancillo, Joateca, with the objective of making an in-depth analysis of the current situation of the educational community and environment using the strategy, DAFO, CAME, a study was carried out of all the negative and positive factors, both internal and external of the institution, the sections do not have pure degrees, they function in an integrated manner since the enrollment of students does not reach the number of students requested by the MINEDUCYT as a requirement. In addition, it was found that many fathers and mothers have illiteracy problems and this directly affects the children in their extracurricular tasks. In terms of the budget, it is insufficient and the deposits are late. It is important to mention that the school is located in a rural area. and road access is in poor condition, the mobile phone and internet signal is unstable and the lack of basic knowledge in the use of virtual platforms, these factors negatively influence the teaching and learning process. It was verified that the suspension of classes due to the pandemic has generated educational lag, there are children who have not developed the skills according to the academic level. At the School Center the teaching staff is committed to academic excellence. In this strategic planning, we have added strategic objectives based on students, teachers, pedagogical and economic management; These will serve as a guide to the institution based on objectives, establish goals and distribute responsibilities. Strategic planning is an administrative process that helps the organization's managers to design high-contribution objectives and strategies that allow them to achieve their Vision and Mission. Within this Strategic Planning process, managers collect, analyze and synthesize the most relevant information from the internal environment (results, finances, collaborators, technology, operation, administration, etc.) and the external environment (customers, markets, products, etc.). competitors, political, economic and social aspects, etc.) in which the company or organization is immersed. The Strategic Plan is like the AND, that of the human being, in an amazing way, and tells the peoples when and how to grow
