Abstract

RESUMEN. Uno de los materiales más utilizados desde el inicio del ser humano hasta la actualidad para realizar construcciones ha sido la mezcla de diversos agregados, (arena, grava, cemento, y agua) y en ocasiones aditivos, los cuales producen una mezcla homogénea denominado “concreto”. La importancia de la calidad del concreto es innegable, esto implica desde verificar y asegurar que los materiales a utilizar cumplan con las especificaciones y estándares requeridos, hasta la ejecución de los ensayos correspondientes, ya que permiten identificar posibles fallas o deficiencias en etapas tempranas de las construcciones. La investigación presentada a continuación fue de tipo descriptiva, no experimental y de corte transversal, de carácter cualitativo con la finalidad de mostrar puntual y detallada cuales son los principales ensayos que se realizan al concreto en estado fresco, mostrando desde el muestreo de mezcla de concreto, la toma de temperatura, el ensayo de revenimiento, mencionando las normas en las que se basa cada uno de estos ensayos y la identificación de estos mediante una encuesta a diversos profesionales. De manera que estos se ejecuten de la forma correcta para obtener los resultados esperados y una calidad adecuada de la obra gris. En conclusión, los ensayos realizados al concreto fresco garantizan el cumplimiento de los parámetros establecidos, el conocimiento y experiencia son de suma importancia y el tener a la mano los pasos puntuales que se realizan ya establecidos en la normativa evitara que se comentan errores y garantizará una buena calidad de la obra. ABSTRACT. One of the most used materials from the beginning of human beings to the present to make constructions has been the mixture of various aggregates (sand, gravel, cement, and water) and sometimes additives, which produce a homogeneous mixture called “concrete.”. The importance of concrete quality is undeniable, this involves everything from verifying and ensuring that the materials to be used meet the required specifications and standards, to the execution of the corresponding tests, since they allow possible failures or deficiencies to be identified in the early stages of the concrete. buildings. The research presented below was descriptive, non-experimental and cross-sectional, qualitative in nature with the purpose of showing in a timely and detailed manner which are the main tests carried out on concrete in a fresh state, showing from the sampling of concrete mix, temperature measurement, slump testing, mentioning the standards on which each of these tests is based and their identification through a survey of various professionals. So that these are executed in the correct way to obtain the expected results and adequate quality of the gray work. In conclusion, the tests carried out on fresh concrete guarantee compliance with the established parameters, knowledge and experience are of utmost importance and having at hand the specific steps that are carried out already established in the regulations will prevent errors from being made and will guarantee good quality of work.
