Abstract

RESUMEN: Inicialmente se conocen las etapas y el rol que juega la supervisión en los proyectos de construcción de vivienda. Este es un documento informativo donde se podrá revisar las actividades que se realizarán antes de la ejecución de un proyecto las cuales son: las urbanísticas, topográficas, geotécnicos, de costo, de uso y mantenimiento. Se analizan los conocimientos más importantes que debe tener un supervisor de obras sobre normas, especificaciones, reglamentos de construcción, como todo lo necesario acerca de los materiales de construcción y el manejo correcto de ellos así también tener experiencia con procesos constructivos, tener habilidad para leer planos y utilizar programas que le facilitan el trabajo, entre otros, que será de utilidad para conocimiento de los estudiantes o los recién graduados de la carrera de arquitectura e ingeniería, dicho documento contendrá todo lo que debe tener una persona para poder ejercer el cargo de supervisor y lo importante que será para el proyecto que esta persona se comprometa a cumplir las expectativas del cliente. ABSTRACT: Initially, the stages and the role that supervision plays in housing construction projects are known. This is an informative document where you can review the activities that will be carried out before the execution of a project, which are: urban planning, topographical, geotechnical, cost, use and maintenance. Analyzes the most important knowledge a construction supervisor should have about standards, specifications, building regulations, such as everything necessary about construction materials and their correct handling, as well as having experience with construction processes, having the ability to read plans and use programs that facilitate the work, among others, which will be useful for the knowledge of students or recent graduates of the architecture and engineering career, this document will contain everything that a person must have to be able to perform the position of supervisor and how important it will be for the project that this person commits to meeting the client's expectations.
