Abstract

RESUMEN: El objetivo de esta investigación es desarrollar un Anteproyecto de Diseño Arquitectónico de un Centro Comunitario Cristiano Católico, ubicado en el cantón Cruz Primera a 15 km al oriente del municipio de Chinameca, en el departamento de San Miguel. En el presente estudio a realizarse en el Cantón Cruz Primera, se emplea la siguiente metodología: que es el método Descriptivo- Comparativo. La investigación se desarrolló dentro de un enfoque científico cuantitativo. Científico por cuanto busca una exploración crítica, controlada y empírica de fenómenos naturales, que afectan al Cantón Cruz Primera y cuantitativa, ya que se basó en una epistemología positivista, en donde se busco analizar los fenómenos observables susceptibles de medición, análisis matemático y control experimental en donde los datos son susceptibles a análisis estadísticos. Este estudio fue de tipo Descriptivo- Comparativo, por cuanto se requirió una descripción más o menos profunda de uno o más problemas que afectan al cantón cruz primera a si como también datos históricos del lugar con la objetivo de conocer las necesidades con las que cuentan los habitantes. Los instrumentos utilizados fueron de carácter cuantitativo permitiendo hacer una medición objetiva de las expresiones subjetivas de los individuos; las que, permitieron la posterior cuantificación e interpretación a partir del análisis descriptivo de las variables de estudio. Selección de los grupos muestrales: éste estudio, al ser comparativo, requirió de una muestra que se tomó a la población en estudio, este se basó en pasar una encuesta a un miembro de cada familia. Luego de terminar el trabajo de graduación emitimos las siguientes con conclusiones: El Centro Comunitario contará con su equipamiento respectivo: áreas administrativas, religiosas, educativas, sociales y recreativas. Las cuales ayudaran al desarrollo físico, espiritual y vocacional de los habitantes. Podemos observar el aprovechamiento de la topografía del terreno y así realizamos una propuesta de diseño que se adapte al sitio y a las necesidades q demande la comunidad. Con las imágenes tanto interiores como exteriores de cada uno de los espacios del Centro Comunitario podemos observar como quedaría el anteproyecto ya realizado. After finishing the graduation work, we issue the following with conclusions: The Community Center will have its respective equipment: administrative, religious, educational, social and recreational areas. Which will help the physical, spiritual and vocational development of the inhabitants. We can observe the use of the topography of the land and thus make a design proposal that adapts to the site and the needs that the community demands. With both interior and exterior images of each of the spaces of the Community Center we can see how the preliminary project would look like.
