Abstract

RESUMEN. Una de las maneras en que las sociedades puedan alcanzar su desarrollo es a través de la capacitación, formación y educación de todos sus habitantes y en especial de los/as jóvenes y en esta medida podrá evitarse la desigualdad social dentro de sus ciudadanos y así evitar la migración de capital humano y buscar la manera de erradicar la pobreza se plantean una serie de objetivos para lograrla a cabo; fue necesario conocer también los antecedentes de este problema, así también establecer los tiempos y el monto aproximado que conlleva a realizar dicho anteproyecto. OBJETIVO GENERAL: Elaborar una propuesta de Anteproyecto Arquitectónico de un Centro de Formación Integral comunitario para el Municipio de Santa Rosa de Lima, en el Departamento de La Unión durante el año 2011. METODOLOGÍA: Alcanzar el objetivo final de este trabajo implica un proceso metodológico muy bien estructurado y que debe seguirse para darle la respuesta físico-espacial requerida. La metodología que se presenta a continuación nos permitirá realizar el estudio previo de las condicionantes del proyecto por medio de la investigación de la información concerniente a este. Para ello se desarrollará el proceso por etapas, en las cuales se analizarán aspectos de gran importancia para el proyecto, cuyo análisis nos permitirá realizar la propuesta arquitectónica deseada. La investigación será de tipo descriptiva, que busca especificar las propiedades características, y los perfiles importantes de personas, grupos, comunidades o cualquier otro fenómeno que se somete a un análisis, se requiere información del área que se analizará con ella podremos formularnos las preguntas importantes para la obtención de datos que se desea saber. CONCLUSIONES. De acuerdo a la investigación realizada, en las etapas que constituyen el diagnóstico establecen los elementos necesarios, los cuales contribuyen a determinar los orígenes y las causas; por lo que surge la necesidad de crear un centro de formación integral comunitario. Con el anteproyecto arquitectónico se beneficiara a la población de la ciudad de Santa Rosa de Lima, del equipamiento institucional el cual proporcionará el desarrollo y la formación técnico- vocacional de los habitantes, así también se pretende elevar el nivel de vida, y generar una mejor fuente de ingreso al núcleo familiar. For this, the process will be developed in stages, in which aspects of great importance for the project will be analyzed, whose analysis will allow us to make the desired architectural proposal. The research will be of a descriptive type, which seeks to specify the characteristic properties, and the important profiles of people, groups, communities or any other phenomenon that is subjected to an analysis, information is required from the area that will be analyzed with it, we will be able to ask ourselves the important questions to obtain the data you want to know. CONCLUSIONS. According to the research carried out, in the stages that constitute the diagnosis, the necessary elements are established, which contribute to determining the origins and causes; Therefore, the need to create a comprehensive community training center arises. With the architectural blueprint, the population of the city of Santa Rosa de Lima will benefit from the institutional equipment which will provide the development and technical-vocational training of the inhabitants, as well as it is intended to raise the standard of living, and generate a better source of income for the family
