Abstract

El presente documento describe el desarrollo del sistema informático titulado “APLICACIÓN WEB PARA EL CONTROL ADMINISTRATIVO Y FINANCIERO DE CREDI-CENTER DE LA CIUDAD DE SENSUNTEPEQUE, DEPARTAMENTO DE CABAÑAS”, en él, se muestran todos los procesos realizados cuyo único fin es brindar una mejora en las actividades financieras que realiza la institución, inicialmente se documenta la historia general de la institución, lugar donde se realizó el proyecto, también se describe la metodología que fue utilizada para el desarrollo y se detalla un presupuesto donde se muestra el valor perteneciente al sistema basado en el costo del recurso humano y demás costos necesarios para la realización del sistema y su implementación, seguidamente se realiza la descripción y planteamiento del problema utilizando el diagrama de Ishikawa para apreciar con claridad las relaciones entre el problema actual y las causas que pueden estar contribuyendo para que éste ocurra. Para el planteamiento del problema se hizo uso del diagrama de Pareto que es una comparación de factores relativos a un problema, de manera que pudiera brindar los alcances con los cuales debería contar el sistema para que su desarrollo sea rentable; seguidamente se procede con la determinación de los requerimientos informáticos, de desarrollo del sistema y operativos, a partir de esto se presenta los estándares de diseño de entradas, salidas y diagrama de base de datos, posteriormente utilizados en el desarrollo del sistema informático. Para finalizar se presenta el proceso de implementación del sistema en un hosting en línea, con lo cual se hace efectivo su funcionamiento. This document describes the development of the computer system entitled "WEB APPLICATION FOR THE ADMINISTRATIVE AND FINANCIAL CONTROL OF CREDI-CENTER OF THE CITY OF SENSUNTEPEQUE, DEPARTMENT OF CABAÑAS", it shows all the processes carried out whose sole purpose is to provide an improvement in the financial activities carried out by the institution, initially documenting the general history of the institution, place where the project was carried out, it also describes the methodology that was used for development and details a budget showing the value belonging to the system based on the cost of the human resource and other costs necessary for the realization of the system and its implementation, then the description and approach of the problem is carried out using the Ishikawa diagram to clearly appreciate the relationships between the current problem and the causes that may be contributing to it. For the approach of the problem, the Pareto diagram was used which is a comparison of factors related to a problem, so that it could provide the scopes with which the system should have to make its development lucrative; then proceeds with the determination of the computer, system development and operational requirements, from this is presented the standards of design of inputs, outputs and database diagram, subsequently used in the development of the solution. Finally, the process of implementing the system in an online hosting, which makes its functionality and operation effective.
