Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación virtual, acerca de la adquisición de las habilidades comunicativas, tuvo como objetivo identificar las dificultades que presentaron los estudiantes de tercer grado de Educación Básica de dos Centros Escolares del departamento de Cabañas y dos del departamento de San Miguel. El método utilizado fue cualitativo tipo descriptivo. Se trabajó con una muestra de 45 estudiantes que oscilaron entre los 8 y 10 años, de las cuatro instituciones en donde se realizó el estudio. Para recolectar la información, se hizo uso de los siguientes instrumentos y técnicas: la entrevista, la observación, lista de cotejo, cuestionarios. Luego se procedió al análisis e interpretación de datos por institución y posteriormente se realizó un consolidado de datos de las cuatro instituciones. Los resultados evidenciaron que las habilidades comunicativas no están completamente desarrolladas en los estudiantes que actualmente cursan el tercer grado en los centros escolares involucrados. Las docentes responsables de impartir la asignatura de Lenguaje, no poseen las competencias requeridas para desarrollar y fortalecer las habilidades comunicativas de sus estudiantes. The present virtual research work, about the acquisition of communication skills, aimed to identify the difficulties presented by third-grade students of Basic Education from two schools in the department of Cabañas and two in the department of San Miguel. The method used was qualitative descriptive type. We worked with a sample of 45 students ranging between 8 and 10 years of age, from the four institutions where the study was carried out. To collect the information, the following instruments and techniques were used: interview, observation, checklist, questionnaires. Afterwards, the data was analyzed and interpreted by institution and subsequently a consolidated data from the four institutions was carried out. The results showed that communication skills are not fully developed in students currently in the third grade in the schools involved. The teachers responsible for teaching the Language course do not have the skills required to develop and strengthen the communication skills of their students.
