Abstract
RESUMEN: En el departamento de Usulután muchas Organizaciones Internacionales de Desarrollo sin fines de lucro están trabajando en apoyar a beneficiarios y sus familias en el área de educación proporcionándoles insumos que ayuden a mejorar la calidad educativa de los estudiantes en los Institutos Nacionales en los diferentes municipios de intervención, cada una de las ONGs presentes en el departamento invierten recursos económicos para apoyar a las familias que tienen menos posibilidades de inscribir a sus hijos para estudiar, este aporte económico de las ONGs se convierte en verdaderas oportunidades de desarrollo para los estudiantes en los Institutos Nacionales ya que incrementa la inversión que realiza el gobierno por medio del Ministerio de Educación. El objetivo de este estudio es determinar si el financiamiento invertido por las Organizaciones Internacionales de Desarrollo genera oportunidades reales y muestra una transformación visible en la vida de los beneficiarios o si solo es una manera de supervivencia para los trabajadores y las mismas ONGs que se dedican al desarrollo comunitario. ABSTRAC: In the department of Usulután, many non-profit International Development Organizations are working to support beneficiaries and their families in the area of education by providing themwith inputs that help improve the educational quality of students in the National Institutes in the different municipalities of intervention, each of the NGOs present in the department invest financial resources to support the families that have less possibilities of registering their children to study, this economic contribution of the NGOs becomes real development opportunities for the students in the National Institutes since it increases the investment made by the government through the Ministry of Education. The objective of this study is to determine if the financing invested by the International Development Organizations generates real opportunities and shows a visible transformation in the lives of the beneficiaries or if it is only a way of survival for the workers and the same NGOs that are dedicated to the community development
