Abstract

RESUMEN: El presente trabajo de investigación está enmarcado en diagnosticar la situación actual de tres puntos claves del saneamiento básico como es la escasez de agua potable, el manejo de las aguas residuales y excretas, y el manejo de los residuos sólidos en la ciudad de Sesori municipio de San Miguel. En los barrios de la ciudad se presenta desde el año 2017 una reducción en la dotación del agua potable, lo cual le genera a la población muchas dificultades para desarrollar con total normalidad sus actividades domésticas; debido a esto los habitantes optan por obtener el vital líquido de diferentes fuentes (agua de rio, pozo, lluvia y envasada) las cuales en su mayoría no poseen un nivel adecuado para consumo. ABSTRACT: The present research work is framed in diagnosing the current situation of three key points of basic sanitation, such as the scarcity of drinking water, the management of wastewater and excreta, and the management of solid waste in the city of Sesori, municipality of San Miguel. In the neighborhoods of the city there has been a reduction in the supply of drinking water since 2017, which generates many difficulties for the population to carry out their domestic activities with total normality; Due to this, the inhabitants choose to obtain the vital liquid from different sources (river, well, rain and bottled water), most of which do not have an adequate level for consumption.
