Abstract

RESUMEN: En las últimas décadas las carreteras han sido el principal eje, y la vía principal para la distribución de mercancías. Al conectar los pueblos y comunidades con las grandes ciudades y al fortalecer la integración de los países. El acceso a servicios como la educación, la salud, el intercambio variado de bienes y servicios, la recreación entre otros, tiene una gran importancia en el bienestar de las personas. Es en este entorno donde radica la importancia de contar con una red de caminos adecuada, tanto en cantidad como en calidad, creándose la necesidad que la entidad encargada de administrar el sistema cuente con los mejores medios disponibles para realizar su labor. ABSTRACT: In recent decades, highways have been the main axis, and the main route for the distribution of goods. By connecting towns and communities with large cities and by strengthening the integration of countries. Access to services such as education, health, the varied exchange of goods and services, recreation, among others, is of great importance in the well-being of people.
