Abstract

RESUMEN: La adopción es la relación jurídica creada por el derecho con el fin de brindar el interés superior de la niñez y adolescencia, garantizando su protección integral al desarrollarse en el seno familiar. En la normativa salvadoreña la persona que desea adoptar debe de someterse al procedimiento para determinar la idoneidad de cada peticionario que debe seguirse para poder llevar a cabo el proceso de adopción. Dándole el derecho a la niña, niño y adolescente de pertenecer a una familia estable, que pueda suplir las necesidades y brindar las herramientas necesarias para que pueda desarrollarse de manera plena y armoniosa ABSTRAC: Adoption is the legal relationship created by law in order to provide the best interests of children and adolescents, guaranteeing their comprehensive protection as they develop within the family. In Salvadoran regulations, the person who wishes to adopt must submit to the procedure to determine the suitability of each petitioner that must be followed in order to carry out the adoption process. Giving the child and adolescent the right to belong to a stable family that can meet the needs and provide the necessary tools so that it can develop fully and harmoniously
