Abstract

RESUMEN: La evolución de la tecnología nos da numerosas herramientas que han influido en el desarrollo social y económico del mundo, llegando a dar solución a muchas de las necesidades esenciales del ser humano. En el proceso de enseñanza y aprendizaje, se ha convertido en el medio por el cual se obtiene gran parte del conocimiento. La investigación tiene como objetivo general verificar cuáles son los resultados del uso de la Plataforma Classroom en el desarrollo de la asignatura Psicología de la Personalidad Social e Individual II en estudiantes del segundo año de Licenciatura en Psicología, Facultad Multidisciplinaria Oriental durante el año 2021. El estudio contó con la participación de cuarenta estudiantes que cursaron la asignatura durante el año 2021. Gracias a los resultados obtenidos, se observó que el proceso de enseñanza y aprendizaje en la asignatura en investigación necesita actualizarse. Se considera que el aprendizaje sería más competente si se utilizan las Tecnologías de la Información y las Comunicaciones (TIC) de manera eficiente, además de la disponibilidad de su implementación dentro del ámbito educativo. Por lo tanto, es necesario impulsar una estrategia metodológica que involucre el uso de las TIC y que permita mejorar la comprensión de conceptos psicológicos por medio de software o herramientas tecnológicas disponibles que fortalezcan el análisis de procesos mentales y establecer canales de comunicación continua entre docente y estudiante para obtener una formación personal y académica de calidad. Abstract: The evolution of technology gives us numerous tools, which have influenced social and economic development worldwide, has come to provide solutions to many of the essential needs of human beings in different areas, and in the process of teaching and learning, being the means by which most of the knowledge is being obtained. The general objective of the research is to verify the results of the use of the Classroom Platform in the development of the Psychology of Social and Individual Personality II subject, in students of the second year Bachelor of Psychology, Oriental Multidisciplinary Faculty during the year 2021. The study had the participation of forty students who studied the subject of Psychology of Social and Individual Personality II, of the Oriental Multidisciplinary Faculty during the year 2021, and thanks to the results obtained, it was observed that the teaching process and learning in the research subject, you need to update. The students consider that learning would be more efficient if ICTs are used more efficiently and that they are willing to get involved in the implementation of these within the educational field. In conclusion, it is necessary to implement a methodological strategy that involves the use of Information and Communication Technologies that allow improving the understanding of psychological concepts through software or available technological tools, in addition to establishing continuous communication between teachers and students with the purpose to obtain quality personal and academic training in students.
