Abstract

RESUMEN: El texto presenta la Planificación Estratégica para el Centro Escolar Cantón Santa Inés, un Centro Educativo que atiende a 92 estudiantes del nivel de parvularia, primero y segundo ciclo de educación básica en el municipio y Departamento de San Miguel. Institución que forma parte del Sistema Educativo Nacional, y que representa el primer contacto que tienen los estudiantes de esta comunidad con la educación formal. Por ello, resulta imprescindible la actualización de la caracterización y las prospectivas de futuro del Centro Educativo, para visualizar los grandes retos y oportunidades que tiene para brindar una educación de calidad, equitativa e inclusiva. Para cumplir con este objetivo, se utilizó una metodología científica basada en el análisis situacional, la formulación de la visión, misión, valores, objetivos y estrategias del Centro Educativo. Se aplicaron técnicas como el análisis DAFO, el análisis DAFO/CAME, FCE y el CMI. De las experiencias educativas en esta comunidad se ha realizado la iniciativa denominada Planificación Estratégica para la mejora de los servicios en el Sistema Educativo del Centro Escolar Santa Inés con código de infraestructura 13043 del Municipio y Departamento de San Miguel. El documento que tiene en sus manos ha permitido hacer una revisión reflexiva que permite perfilar la toma de decisiones sobre los procesos educativos que se realizan al interior de esta institución. Así mismo, este documento pretende ser un instrumento orientador para el equipo directivo, docente y administrativo del Centro Educativo, así como para los estudiantes, padres y comunidad en general. ABSTRACT: The text presents the Strategic Planning for the Cantón Santa Inés School Center, an Educational Center that serves 92 students at the kindergarten level, first and second cycle of basic education in the municipality and Department of San Miguel. Institution that is part of the National Educational System, and that represents the first contact that students in this community have with formal education. Therefore, it is essential to update the characterization and future prospects of the Educational Center, to visualize the great challenges and opportunities it has to provide quality, equitable and inclusive education. To meet this objective, a scientific methodology was used based on situational analysis, the formulation of the vision, mission, values, objectives and strategies of the Educational Center. Techniques such as DAFO analysis, DAFO/CAME analysis, FCE and CMI were applied. From the educational experiences in this community, the initiative called Strategic Planning has been carried out to improve services in the Educational System of the Santa Inés School Center with infrastructure code 13043 of the Municipality and Department of San Miguel. The document you have in your hands has allowed for a reflective review that allows you to outline the decision-making on the educational processes carried out within this institution. Likewise, this document aims to be a guiding instrument for the management, teaching and administrative team of the Educational Center, as well as for students, parents and the community in general.
