Abstract

El Plan Estratégico del Centro Escolar Cantón El Rebalse tiene como objetivo abordar las adversidades, necesidades y requerimientos que afectan al centro educativo. Se ha utilizado el análisis DAFO (Debilidades, Amenazas, Fortalezas y Oportunidades) para identificar aspectos internos y externos que influyen en el desempeño de la institución. Este documento destaca la importancia de la cultura organizativa, que se centra en el desarrollo personal y profesional del personal y los estudiantes. Se enfatiza la importancia de valores como la Responsabilidad, Tolerancia, Honestidad, Profesionalidad, Solidaridad y Laboriosidad en la cultura organizativa. Además, resalta el enfoque CAME (Corregir Debilidades, Afrontar Amenazas, Mantener Fortalezas y Explotar Oportunidades) como una estrategia para abordar problemas de manera sistemática. También describe la misión y visión de la institución, que buscan generar calidad educativa y adaptarse a las necesidades cambiantes de la comunidad educativa. Por lo que destaca la importancia de la comunicación efectiva, utilizando medios tecnológicos para mejorar la interacción entre docentes y estudiantes para solventar la necesidad de adaptarse a un entorno digitalizado y globalizado para ofrecer una educación de calidad. En esencia, el plan estratégico busca mejorar la calidad educativa y fortalecer la cultura organizativa del Centro Escolar Cantón El Rebalse a través de la identificación de debilidades y amenazas, el aprovechamiento de fortalezas y oportunidades, y la promoción de valores fundamentales en la institución. También se enfoca en la comunicación efectiva y la adaptación a un entorno tecnológico en constante cambio. ABSTRACT The Strategic Plan of the Cantón El Rebalse School is designed to face the adversities and supply the needs and requirements that this educational center has. A SWOT analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats) has been used to identify both internal and external aspects that influence the performance of the institution. This document highlights the importance of organizational culture, which focuses on the personal and professional development of staff and students. The importance of values such as Responsibility, Tolerance, Honesty, Professionalism, Solidarity and Hard work in the organizational culture is emphasized. In addition, it highlights the CAME (Correct Weaknesses, Address Threats, Maintain Strengths and Exploit Opportunities) approach as a strategy to systematically address problems. It also describes the Mission and Vision of the institution, which seeks to generate educational quality and adapt to the changing needs of the educational community. Therefore, the importance of effective communication stands out, using technological means to improve the interaction between teachers and students to solve the need to adapt to a digitalized and globalized environment to offer quality education. In essence, the strategic plan seeks to improve educational quality and strengthen the organizational culture of the Cantón El Rebalse School through the identification of weaknesses and threats, the use of strengths and opportunities, and the promotion of fundamental values in the institution. It also focuses on effective communication and adaptation to an ever-changing technological environment.
