Abstract

El presente documento contiene una recopilación detallada del trabajo realizado como equipo a lo largo de los últimos siete meses como parte de la pre especialización denominada evaluación psicológica en donde se trabajó en la creación de un instrumento de evaluación de inteligencia emocional, la cual se define como la capacidad de una persona de reconocer, comprender y regular sus emociones a fin de mantener relaciones sanas con el ambiente que le rodea, aumentando las emociones positivas y disminuyendo las negativas, en este sentido se creó un instrumento capaz de evaluar dichos aspectos y funcionar como una herramienta de diagnóstico para el proceso de evaluación psicológica, el cual pretende ser usado tanto en el ámbito clínico como escolar. En este documento exponemos el manual oficial donde se contienen todos los elementos que componen el instrumento que fue denominado Test De Inteligencia Emocional Para Adolescentes (TIEA), en ello se destacan elementos de descripción del instrumento. This document contains a detailed compilation of the work carried out as a team over the last seven months as part of the pre-specialization called psychological evaluation where we worked on the creation of an emotional intelligence evaluation instrument which is defined as the ability of a person to recognize, understand and regulate their emotions in order to maintain healthy relationships with the environment that surrounds them, increasing positive emotions and decreasing negative ones, in this sense an instrument was created capable of evaluating these aspects and functioning as a diagnostic tool for the psychological evaluation process, which is intended to be used in both the clinical and school settings. In this document we present the official manual which contains all the elements that make up the instrument that was called the Emotional Intelligence Test for Adolescents (TIEA), which highlights elements of the instrument's description.
