Abstract

RESUMEN: El presente proyecto de la pasantía desarrollada desde el 08 de febrero, hasta el 31 de agosto proyecto que se planificó con la intención de poder darle cumplimiento a los objetivos establecidos en el plan de trabajo, referente a las actividades que se desarrollan en FUSALMO San Miguel, ya con el cien por ciento de finalización, referente al periodo de tiempo establecido, en relación al cumplimiento de las actividades previstas a realizar. Se hace énfasis en la intervención comunitaria teniendo en cuenta las actividades que se establecieron en el plan de trabajo correspondiente, manteniendo una revisión constante de los diagnósticos ya desarrollados en las comunidades de Línea Férrea y La Ermita, complementando con la intervención que se está teniendo en las comunidades con la intención de ampliar su actividad referente al trabajo de sus comunidades. Se ha dado apoyo a los procesos de recreación, convivencia y cohesión contempladas en el plan de trabajo interno de la organización, manteniendo una relación activa con las actividades varias que se desarrollan en la fundación, desarrollo del POA (Plan Operativo Anual), actividades recreativas y capacitaciones de personal y voluntarios. Aunado a la planificación establecida, el cumplimiento de actividades administrativas con respecto al área educativa, aportando en el desarrollo de clubes implementados en las escuelas (Basquetbol, Futbol, Ajedrez, Arte), teniendo un alcance de tres centros educativos. SUMMARY: The present internship project was planned with the intention of fulfilling the objectives established in the work plan related to the activities carried out at FUSALMO San Miguel. For this reason, a brief description is provided that corresponds to the functioning of the institution, its activities, and its operational plan. From this, the projects with which the institution works are presented, including those in which the student has been involved. Emphasis is placed on the work carried out in the institution regarding the activities outlined in the corresponding work plan, maintaining a constant review of the diagnoses already developed in the communities of Línea Férrea and La Ermita. This is complemented by the intervention in the communities with the intention of expanding their activities related to community work. Support was provided for recreation, coexistence, and cohesion processes outlined in the organization's internal work plan. There was active involvement in various activities carried out in the foundation, including the development of the Annual Operational Plan (POA), recreational activities, and training for staff and volunteers. The report concludes with photographic evidence of some activities in which the student participated during the internship process, along with the certificate issued by the institution confirming the student's participation in the proposed activities within the work plan and the fulfillment of the commitment made in the agreement between the institutions and the student.
