Abstract

Resumen: Los talleres literarios son espacios creativos donde asiste un grupo de personas con un objetivo en común y es escribir todo lo que ocurre en su entorno; en ellos se integran jóvenes de distintas edades donde desarrollan sus capacidades intelectuales mediante la expresión oral y escrita, a los cuales se les asigna un tutor quien es el que coordina a todo el grupo aplicando diferentes metodologías para una mejor enseñanza-aprendizaje. Al momento de desarrollar el taller se debe de considerar el tiempo y tipo de texto que se desarrollará ya sea poesía, novela, ensayo, cuentos, etc. El tutor debe de buscar estrategias y herramientas motivadoras adecuadas para cualquier edad en las cuales se pueden incluir, contar cuentos, escribir poemas cortos, realizar descripciones del entorno, contar historias, escuchar música, relacionar imágenes para que el taller sea interactivo. En los Centros Educativos como en las Universidades son pocos los jóvenes que asisten, pero le ponen un empeño y un sinfín de emociones que el lector se puede identificar con cada letra o palabra plasmada en los libros y cada generación de escritores escribe de diferentes temas donde hay realidad, fantasía y ficción permitiéndole a cada lector disfrutar de variedad de temas. Hace varios años La Casa de La Cultura era fundamental en cada municipio, pero se fue desvaneciendo debido a que eran pocos los lectores y no daban el abasto suficiente para que siguieran funcionando. En el presente artículo observaremos brevemente la evolución de los talleres literarios en El Salvador, mencionando los principales de estos grupos para tratar de discernir los cambios más relevantes. Cabe mencionar que ha habido muchos talleres literarios, pero no todos han subsistido, actualmente en la zona oriental aún se mantiene el Taller Literario Zarza (1995) y Siramá (2002) a pesar de todas las adversidades siguen siendo parte fundamental de los jóvenes y profesionales interesados en literatura. Un escritor perteneciente al Taller Zarza es Javier Benítez quien ha ganado varios premios a nivel nacional tanto en poesía como en cuento siendo este el ejemplo que los talleres son de gran relevancia en la formación para cada integrante.
